Understand The Mind of The Company



Every companies have one same goal, which is to be the biggest company in the world, in other word a growing and successful company.
In order to do so, it needs talented people working under it's roof. There are two ways to get that talented people, first by conducting training for it existing employees, the second is recruiting an experienced employee by head hunter or regular recruitment.

The first one, training for employee is usually conduct for petty official or blue collar employee. The employee that their existence  are easy to be replace by others. Jobs such as clerical, waitress, store sales, ect. Jobs that don't need a special expertise.

As for the second, recruiting an experienced employee by head hunter or regular recruitment is intended as a short cut for company. It would not need train them or anything, when they get hired, they will start working in a full speed, because they are accustomed to that job. People with special expertise, that need years of hard work and education, is a valuable asset for the company. A high number of salary are awaits for them.

Most of company prefer recruiting experienced people for a mid and high level job, that's mean there is no career path for those who are in the low level. More over, if there are continuous promotion in every level, the human resources department would be more busy than ever. They usually would not take that kind of trouble. 

So in my opinion you should be a professional, the one that not emotionally attach to your company. 
Love your job not your company!
