Career Advancement

Have you been ask, what would you be in 5 years/ 10 years to come? If you haven't, than I'll ask you that question.

If you can, that's good. If you say.. aaaa..uummm.. well..

You would better take my question seriously!!

Let say, your age currently 26 years old, five years from now, that is your 31st birthday, what do you want to achieve in career?

The next five years, that is your 36th birthday, what do you want to achieve in career?

I am asking this kind of question, is because most of us have no interest in career advancement. Not in word, but in action. We may say that we want a better career, we want a better opportunity, but there is no attempt in order to achieve that goal.

Blaming current company for not giving that chance is not an attempt of career advancement. If you think your company would not give that chance, even though you work professionally than anyone else, than try for another company. There are numerous company in this world, all you have to do is knock on their door. Apply or send your application letter.

If you already send a lot of application but still no luck, either call nor interview, don't loose your hope. There are a lot of reason for someone get rejected or hired by companies.

* Your resume (CV), does it eye catching?

* Does it consist of detail?

* Does it suit for the job that you apply?

etc.

Take a look your resume (CV) from time to time, compare to your successful friend's CV, compare to CV template in the net. Always re-newed your data and template layout.

I believe one day you'll have the career of your dream.

But it will require a lot of effort.
