Business Development Assistant Japanese & Korean

Main Duty: You will provide administrative support to our Business Development department by assisting with the modifying, opening & closing of client accounts, as well as other Business development related support, including the scheduling & coordination of travel arrangements. You will work together with other departments to assure that documents & requests are optimally processed, & follow the workflows of each department.

Candidates tasks & responsibilities
* Complete internal forms & checklists to process requests.
* Investigate client requests & resolve outstanding issues.
* Coordinate, classified & process customer email requests we receive.
* Follow up with Business Development Executives & other departments to assure client requests are processed.
* Arrange & Organize travel arrangements for Business Development staff & for V.I.P clients.
* Prepare statistical Business Development documentation & reports.
* To support Business Development staff with marketing & administrative tasks & requests
* Contact internal & external communication & logistics partners (magazines, translators etc.).
* Take minutes of internal &/or external meetings as well as process basic correspondence

Candidates profile

* CFC Banking/Commercial Employee or equivalent
* Excellent computer skills & ability to work quickly with general IT tools
* Previous first experience in a financial or professional environment
* Good communication skills, highly organized, sense of responsibility, methodic, precise & conscientious
* Ability to work under pressure, Excellent oral & written English skills
* Bilingual Korean&Japanese
* Willingness to work in a fast-growing environment & highly adaptable to change
