Business Development Assistant
Main Duty : You will support our sales executives in their daily administrative responsibilities. You will assist turn MIG’s values (innovation expertise & long term focus leadership, integrity & excellence) into administrative support to the sales activity.
Candidates responsibilities
* Complete internal checklists & forms to process requests,
* Investigate client requests & resolve outst&ing issues,
* Coordinate, classify & process customer email requests we receive,
* Follow up with Business Development Executives & other departments to assure client requests are processed,
* Arrange & organize travel arrangements for Business Development staff & for V.I.P clients,
* Contact internal & external communication & logistics partners (magazines, translators etc.),
*Prepare statistical Business Development documentation & reports,
* Support Business Development staff with marketing & administrative tasks & requests,
* Take minutes of internal &/or external meetings as well as process basic correspondence, assist sales executives in preparation of proposals & presentation.
* Support sales executives with account reviews, ensuring all necessary information is to hand, countries & management information, statistics including analysis of accounts,
Your professional experience & skills
* CFC level or equivalent
* Two (2) years experience in an administrative function
* Excellent computer ability & skills to work quickly with general IT tools
* Bilingual English & Arabic
* Autonomous, Rigorous & Highly Organized, Enthusiastic, Client Oriented & Good Communication skills
* Ability to Work Under Pressure & conscientiously
