Marketing Head
Main Duty are to insure strategic positioning, drive marketing best practices. Insure brand consistency across communication by setting up the organization’s marketing plan & implementing all marketing activities with the goal to develop and enhance MIG’s position in the global market place and maximize general brand awareness. Turn MIG’s values (innovation expertise & long term focus leadership, integrity and excellence) into marketing programs that grow sales and strengthen the brand across its many markets.
Your Tasks & responsibilities
* Plan marketing strategies, marketing mix & campaigns with all Head of Business development, Regional Managers & where applicable external agencies and manage their implementation and delivery.
* Manage all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
* Conduct PR activities to increase exposure of MIG in the media
* Plan, monitor implementation & evaluate customer research build recommendations accordingly
* Monitor market conditions & competitor data and build recommendations accordingly
* Manage the Marketing Department budget & deliver all marketing activities within set budget and planned deadlines
* Participates in different projects at MIG as required
* Manage correspondence & negotiate price with media, advertising agencies & advertising outlets
* Supervise and manage the establishment of procedures and branding guidelines to ensure consistent external communication & proper use of MIG brand
Candidates profile
* An University degree in Marketing or a diploma deemed equivalent, An additional training in the marketing and communication field
* An excellent knowledge of the online marketing, good experience of the online trading business, preferably in the Forex sector
* Minimum 8 years experience in a similar position in a multicultural and international organization
* Interest in the banking operations, outstanding communication and analytical skills
* Quick working & able to work under pressure, excellent business and service orientation
* Ambitious, willing to take a leadership role, sense of initiative
* Ideal age between 35-45 years old
* English mother tongue, french fluent, other european languages an asset, some travel required
