Enterprise Architect

Main Duty : Work with stakeholders, both leadership & subject matter experts, to build a holistic view of the organization's strategy, information, processes, & information technology assets. Ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Candidate responsibilities

* Align IT strategy & planning with company's business goals
* Optimize information management approaches through an understanding of evolving business needs & technology capabilities
* Maintain the medium/long term IT architectural vision & integration plan of the organization
* Promote shared infrastructure & applications to reduce costs & improve information flows
* Ensure that projects do not duplicate functionality or diverge from each other & business & IT strategies
* Work with solutions architects to provide a consensus-based enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable & in synchronization with ever changing business needs
* Contribute to the management of the risks associated with information & IT assets through appropriate standards & security policies
* Contribute to the development of policies, standards & guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation & use of Information Technology within
* Build employee knowledge & skills in specific areas of expertise Support awareness, training strategies & knowledge development on current & new architectural approaches insuring staff readiness.
   
Candidates profile

* A University degree or a diploma deemed equivalent, systems Thinking
* Knowledge of IT governance & operations
* Knowledge of financial modeling as it pertains to IT investment
* Analysis/design experience, including functional & non-functional requirements, data flow, process mapping, business case
* Strong subject matter expertise in products, systems & processes for investment banking, private banking, asset management or brokerage
* Proven track records in contributing to the delivery of significant technology change
* Interpersonal & leadership skills - servant leadership, collaboration, facilitation, & negotiation skills
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills (in English as a minimum) - ability to frame business & technical information to communicate the key points & elicit decisions based on target audience; ability to work with remote teams
* Excellence problem solver with a structured approach
* Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, & systems engineering
* Project & program management planning & organizational skills
* Customer service orientation
